Product Development & Sampling
We provide complete service in developing product as per our buyers' requirement, coordinating the development and timely deliveries of samples. The product development is done under strict control and supervision of our team, which would review each sample for aesthetics and performance to care. Key memebrs of the team travel to the major fairs/markets around the world to keep ourselves abreast with the latest development and market trends.

Merchandising
We have a dedicated team of Merchandisers who work closely with the clients to understand and to take care of their needs. They communicate with the clients on a day-to-day basis. The Merchandisers are responsible for maintaining On Time Delivery Dates. This team constantly follows up with vendors and buyers/inventory teams.

Also, we provide various communication tools to provide a complete picture of Production. Our reports are designed to improve Communication and cover Production status and Shipping.

Shipping
We assist our clients with documentation and in consolidating cargo. Container planning is a regular feature and is coordinated between Merchandising and shipping teams. We work on a day-to-day basis with Consolidators and Shipping Lines for smooth flow of cargo. Also, Pre & Post shipping advises are sent to clients as may be their requirements.
